Full Docket Booked Legal Consultations Book a fit call

For small Canadian law firms

More qualified consults. Less waiting on referrals.

We help small Canadian law firms turn search traffic into booked consultations — with campaigns built to meet law society advertising rules, and a follow-up system so no inquiry goes unanswered.

Remote delivery, Canada-wide. Firms of one to eight lawyers. Most of our work is in wills and estates.

The problem

Referrals work until the month they don't.

Most small firms grow on word of mouth. It is a good way to get clients and a hard way to plan. Meanwhile the people who are actively searching — the ones typing a question into Google at eleven at night, looking for someone who can help — are finding a different firm.

They search before they call

Hiring a lawyer is rarely a snap decision. People read first, sometimes for weeks. If you are not in what they read, you are not on the list.

The profile sits unmanaged

A Google Business Profile with four reviews and no recent activity is the first thing a prospective client sees, and often the last.

Inquiries go quiet

A form filled in on Friday evening, answered Monday afternoon. By then they have called two other firms.

What we build

Three systems. The third one is the reason firms stay.

We are not a web design shop and not an ad agency. We build the path a person takes from a search to a booked consultation, and we make sure nobody falls off it.

Local Authority Foundation

Get the firm in front of people searching for your kind of lawyer in the cities you actually serve.

  • Google Business Profile rebuilt — categories, hours, photos, services
  • A review request system so new reviews arrive steadily
  • A dedicated page for each service and each city served

Trust Content Engine

Answer the questions people search before they ever contact a lawyer. In estates that is probate cost and executor duties. In family law it is how support is calculated. In employment it is what severance someone is actually owed. Every practice area has them, and most firms have never written one down.

  • Four pieces a month, written for what people actually type
  • Drafted by us, reviewed and approved by you
  • Nothing publishes without your sign-off

Never-Lose-an-Inquiry System

The entry that stays open is the consult you have not booked yet. This is the system that closes it.

  • Instant reply to every web form and every missed call
  • Automated follow-up for anyone who goes quiet
  • A simple pipeline so nothing dies in an inbox
  • Monthly reporting: inquiries, source, response time, consults booked

This is the part a firm notices in week one.

How it starts

A 30-day pilot, not a twelve-month contract.

You should not have to take a year-long position on a firm you have spoken to once. So the first thirty days stand on their own.

The pilot — 30 days

$1,500 one time
  • Full audit of your current search presence and intake
  • Google Business Profile rebuilt and optimized
  • Instant-response follow-up system live and tested
  • Tracking installed so the next thirty days are measurable
  • A written report of what changed and what it moved

If you continue

The $1,500 is credited in full toward your first month.

Ongoing is $3,000 per month, with a 90-day initial term, then month to month.

Search ads can be added later at $1,000 per month management, with ad spend paid directly by the firm. We do not start there.

Everything we measure and report is inquiries and booked consultations. We do not promise cases, outcomes or settlements, and we do not write copy that does. Campaigns are built to meet Canadian law society advertising rules, which is a different job from running the same playbook a US agency uses.

Fifteen minutes, and a straight answer.

Tell us how clients find you now. We will tell you what we would change and whether it is worth doing. If it is not a fit, we will say so on the call.
